Clean well priced hotel, the stay was great! My big and cheap room came with bed till after 2. It was in the very central location so close to Chinatown. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great location within walking distance of main city attractions. You get what you pay for and we had a family room for five at 140 Aus Dollars per night with en-suite bathroom. If you just want a place to sleep, as we did, this is ideal. Probably best suited to young people on a budget. Staff there were very helpful and found a mobile phone that we had left behind..
Being in the city centre it was quite noisy even at night - not recommended if you are a light sleeper. 12 floors and only one lift working so it was quite a wait at times for the lift to arrive.

The art deco style of my room felt sophisticated, and the bed was comfortable. A portable steamer was provided, a nice touch. The staff were fantastic. Especially, Laura made my first Flat White in Australia nice. There were a couple of issues. Water noise from the toilet flushing above was quite loud and disruptive. The entrance lacked clear signage. Despite the noise and entrance confusion, the enjoyable stay overshadows these minor inconveniences.

Staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was stylish and well equipped. Loved the amazing coffee from the baristas. The location made it easy to get around, with transport options just a short walk away. A really enjoyable stay 😊

Location was great, right in the city and close to public transport. Staff were friendly, room was clean and all I needed. If you need a place to stay when in Sydney for a gig then this is the place. If you want a five star hotel, then book one elsewhere cause this ain't it.

Every room has its own bathroom. Cleaners come every day. I had comfortable mattress. What else you can ask of a hostel?
It is a hostel- old and cheap and shabby. It does not have very nice kitchen and lounge. Windows haven't been washed for so long you can't see through them. But it is about budget- isn't it?

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we couldn't check in until 2pm, we were welcome to use the communal facilities, and to store our bags for the day after we checked out.
Announcement over the public address system reminding people about the party bus at 9:30pm was a bit annoying. The lifts were incredibly slow, and one of them was out of service most of the time. The baggage room was down 2 flights of stairs.

QR code service for amenities is slick, delivering extras like towels and tea in under five minutes. The room fittings are high quality, giving off a luxe vibe while maintaining a smart style.
Noise from the housekeeping stairwell disrupts sleep early in the morning, with constant door slamming and corridor sounds. Room size can feel cramped for two, with limited storage options and some cleanliness left to be desired on arrival.

Very easy to meet people if your travelling alone. Great entertainment manager who took you out ever day on activities like bbqs at the beach and nights out. If your looking for entertainment, this is the place to be. There is also a travel desk at reception and all the staff were very friendly.
its very hot on level one and needs new air conditioning. When i came here before there was also a poole table and we could do with one again, it added to the night and everyone got involved.

Location
Must be the only double room accomodation in Australia that does not have tv, or Coffee making facilities, or small fridge,or soap or shampoo or towels. Bed was completely unusable. One of us tried to sleep on the floor and the other tried to sleep curled up ,diagonally at an angle as the bed had too many crevices and craters and the one side of bed was several centimetres lower than the other, so it was not possible for the 2nd person to stay on the bed. The disgusting non stop stench of fresh paint was completely overwhelming . Absolute waste of money. Totally disgusted. Came close to walking out but didn't have more money for another hotel that had a usuable bed.

The hotel is adorable and really beautifully appointed, but
The bar can get quite noisy, especially on weekends. Despite that, the staff were warm, accommodating was great. I appreciated the small touches like being offered water upon checkout.

The room was quite small, but alright for the price. The bedding was dirty looking, the air conditioning was noisy and the one from the upper level kept dripping water on ours, so we had a very noisy air conditioning even when not on. Bathroom was dirty.
